A moment that we’ve been waiting for. It’s been a big minute, but we are back with the re-launch of Season 2 of Bause It Up. We have decided to reprogram this podcast to not only showcase behind the scenes of trailblazers within their respective fields, but we are determined to also incorporate important conversations such as self development, mental health, finances and more. This episode is like no other than what you may be used to listening on Bause It Up. This is an intimate conversation with two people who mean a lot to me. We are talking about self-love and relationships, but highlighting the most important relationship which is the one you have with yourself.
