Welcome to Yessi Bause, a lifestyle blog dedicated to bringing you a lens into beauty, career, lifestyle and everything in between. I have a passion for sharing what I have learned through my experiences in hopes to serve, inspire and empower women to feel confident in who they are becoming.
My name is Yessi Bause. Like Yes in English and Si in Spanish, the perfect combo of Yes-si. I’m a petite latina who was born in Medellín, Colombia, currently based in Chicago. I graduated from North Park University with a Bachelors Degree in Digital Marketing. The glory belongs to the almighty God and King of Kings.
By day I manage/work behind the scenes of technology platforms and people operations by mid-evening I’m a digital creator and educator of all things content creation in the social media space. I’m also a host on the Bause It Up Podcast. Where we showcase the stories of women breaking barriers in their respective field, but also highlighting the importance of mental health, and more!
The rundown, after falling into social media accidentally and gaining the experience of working behind the scenes of digital marketing and social media campaigns. I’ve had the pleasure of working with businesses and brands such as Nike, Express, TOMS, Dunkin, and more. The biggest career highlight within social media was being able to be part of the social media marketing operations team at Apple. Read about that here.
The goal behind this creative outlet is to be able to inspire women by feeling confident in who they are becoming and by owning the inner “Bause” that we all hold. I hope this creative outlet inspires you to be yourself.
